Developing and building organization capabilities and competencies frameworks
Develop learning plans and programmes align with business strategies to improve employee standard and opportunity
Work closely with HR and business teams to drive cultural change initiatives
Oversee, plan and execute all training programmes and policies
Design and facilitate in-house training programmes
In-charge of learning needs, learning plan and training evaluation
Handle graduate programme and corporate programme for the company
Liaise with government agencies, authorities, tertiary institution for business partnership and collaboration
Responsible for claims submission for government funding
Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor of Human Resource Management or equivalent
ACTA/ DACE Certified is an added advantage
At least 5 years of learning & development and training experience
Familiar with Workforce Development vs Industry Training Map
Prior experience dealing with WSG/ SSG will be ideal
