Job Description

Leasing and MarketingJob Responsibilities:

• Supporting and implementing strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the properties within the company\'s assigned portfolio.
• Participate in placemaking on campus and the marketing of event spaces.
• Lease, Tenant, Event and Credit Control management.
• Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents.
• Conducting market research on competitors and market benchmarks for rentals and occupancy costs.
• Maintaining good relationships with tenants and prospects.
• Familiar with green building requirements and sustainability knowledge in office design.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Estate Management, Building, Business Marketing.
• At least 3 to 4 years of relevant experiences in marketing and leasing.
• Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills.
• Candidates who are registered as Salespersons under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or possess qualifications equivalent to Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination will have added advantage.
• Candidates who have relevant experience in the same industry will have an added advantage.

Leasing and Property Management

• Prepare and maintain operation and leasing data and documentation.
• Liaise with tenants, prospects, clients, vendors, and the building\'s operator.
• Liaise with the relevant authorities for operation and leasing matters.
• Attend to complaints. Handle operations and tenant-related matters.
• Preparation of Finance, Operational, and Leasing Reports.
• Perform lease and operation administrative work.
• Process Interco and external parties, event venue booking, and utility billings.
• Rental arrears, tenant, lease, and event management.
• Customer Service. Conduct inspections and viewings of space under the company\'s assigned portfolio.
• Procurement, such as raising POs and invoices in SAP.
