Lendlease Singapore is currently searching for an experienced Senior Leasing Executive / Assistant Leasing Manager for JEM which is Singapore\'s third largest suburban mall directly connected to Jurong East MRT interchange station.Lendlease is one of the world\xe2\x80\x99s leading property and infrastructure groups. • To work with the Leasing Director and leasing team to ensure that the mall and office are fully leased at all times whilst achieving budget rents.
• To be accountable for the tenancies assigned and complete renewals in a timely manner.
• To prepare recurring reports including leasing minutes, asset review reports and annual business plan.
• To work with Leasing Director and leasing team to ensure that lease administration matters are in order.
• To contribute to the mall\xe2\x80\x99s vision on the desired tenancy mix through active prospecting and engagement with retailers.
• To collaborate with different functions of the Centre Management Office to ensure tenancy related matters are resolved.
• To build strong relationships with retailers and being aware of their expansion plans and brand portfolio in Singapore and be aware of general retail market trends.
