Responsible for the management of leases which includes preparing and checking lease documents, checking contracts, and preparing and maintaining tenancy schedules.
Responsible for lease documentation, audit checks on leases and tenants, arrears management, tenant and other related lease management functions.
Enter information and data into the system and maintain the database, as well as monitor the status of lease documents.
Generate reports for discussion or meeting purposes.
Execute the arrears management process in collecting payments from tenants of a portfolio of properties, prepare arrears report on a regular interval, and present the recovery plan for delinquent cases.
In charge of tracking security deposit.
Develop and maintain cordial relationships with tenants and attend to all feedback/requests promptly.
Liaise with internal and external counsel, court bailiffs, liquidators, and collection agents in the course of work.
Requirements
Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or its equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in lease management.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
Experience with the SAP system will have an added advantage.
You should be meticulous, diligent, highly organized, and have lots of initiative. Other key attributes include excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
