We are working with a leading conglomerate to hire a specialist banking lawyer. Reporting to the Group General Counsel, this role will support complex financing transactions, including project finance, syndicated and bilateral loans, and group-level banking activities. The position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This is an excellent opportunity for inhouse banking lawyers or private practice banking lawyers to pivot into.
Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer with 10-15 years' post-qualification experience (Singapore or England & Wales), gained in both private practice and in-house roles
- Strong banking & finance transaction experience and/or project finance, with cross-border exposure
- Proven expertise in syndicated loans, bilateral loans, and financing documentation
- Resilient, resourceful, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
- Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager with a commercial mindset
