Responsible for providing legal support to clients\' business teams as they engage companies (in industries at theforefront of Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s economic development) to provide them with real estate, property management and infrastructure solutions.
Assigned to attend to the legal needs of corporate services, development and engineering services groups, as part of the broader effort to create a dynamic industrial landscape in Singapore.
Advise and work on corporate real estate transactions and issues.

Working Arrangement:

Location: Jurong

Salary: TBA

Working Hours:

Mon to Fri: 9 \xe2\x80\x93 6pm

Sat/Sun: Off

Job Requirements:

Background in Law and admitted to the Singapore Bar (or equivalent) with 4 years PQE.
Experience in corporate real estate, leasing, facility/estate management, procurement and/or commercial matters, background, with an interest in the economic and business challenges facing Singapore.
Experience in dispute resolution work will be advantageous.
