Job Description
A global real estate company is looking to hire a Senior Legal Counsel. The role will handle all construction related legal matters.
Responsibilities
- Handle construction related legal matters (e.g reviewing and negotiating EPC contracts and related financial transactions) for local, overseas, and cross-border projects
- Advise on general commercial and construction related documents, such as tender documentation, PSSCOC and request for proposals
- Assist with financial and commercial issues relating to real estate development and infrastructure works
- 7+ years PQE and qualified to the any Commonwealth Bars
- Experience in handling matters independently
- Experience in handling multi-jurisdictional work.
