A diversified engineering group with a strong presence across Europe and Asia is seeking a

Senior Legal Counsel

to join its expanding legal team, reporting directly to the Group General Counsel.





This role supports the Group's semiconductor and electronics portfolio across Asia and Europe, as the company continues its growth through strategic M&A and cross-border expansion. You will partner closely with business leaders, engineers, and corporate functions to structure commercial transactions, manage legal risks, and uphold governance standards in a dynamic international environment.





You will be responsible for a wide spectrum of legal matters, including commercial contracts, corporate governance, M&A support, intellectual property, trade compliance, and export control. The role provides hands-on exposure to complex cross-border deals, cutting-edge technologies, and high-growth industrial markets.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.); Singapore or Commonwealth bar qualified. At least 5 years' PQE in commercial and/or corporate law experience in professional firms and/or in-house legal counsel. Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts, with solid experience managing cross-border transactions and delivering practical, business-focused solutions. Working exposure within semiconductor, electronics and/or industrial MNCs.
