Senior Legal Counsel
Job Description
Our client is an established data centre provider and they are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel in expansion of the team.Role:Provide legal advice and support to Group operational matters, including compliance, regulatory, project development (including construction and equipment procurement), financing, vendor and customer contractsProvide legal advice and support to Group\'s investment activities, including M&A and JV mattersAssist in corporate secretarial matters of companies within the GroupInstruct and manage external counsel on a variety of legal mattersAny additional adhoc duties as assignedRequirements:LLB and at least 10-15 years PQE is requiredAdmission to Singapore Bar will be advantageousIn-house and regional experience will be advantageousExperience negotiating, drafting, and reviewing construction and procurement contracts will be preferredStrong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate fluently in EnglishIf you are interested in this role, please send your profile with expected salary to kaiwei.lin@jac-recruitment.com AND corpsvcs.sg@jac-recruitment.comPlease note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted, thank you.JAC Recruitment Pte.
