Job Description
Our client is a Supply Chain Management and Integrated Logistics Solutions to the Defence, Government and Healthcare sectors. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Logistic Specialist to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the North.
Duties:
Support Core Business and Governance Functions:
Be part of a value-driven organization by ensuring compliance with governance, reporting, and data protection policies while supporting crisis and risk management initiatives.Drive Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence:
Participate in documenting business requirements, enhancing logistics service quality, and implementing environmental and process improvements.Champion Workplace Safety and Health (WSH):
Contribute to a safe work environment by conducting risk assessments, reporting incidents, and proposing practical WSH improvements.Embrace Technology for Operational Efficiency:
Support and apply modern technology tools to improve operational workflows and drive digital transformation within your work area.Oversee End-to-End Warehousing & Cargo Operations:
Play a hands-on role in managing warehouse activities, including stock control, cargo handling, security, and compliance with 5S, safety, and quality standards for specialized cargo.Requirements:
Min GCE N/O Levels / NITEC 1-2 years of relevant working experience in warehouse operations. Fork Lift license is preferred Relevant experience in a warehouse environment
