The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating sea freight and inland transportation. It requires strong expertise freight management and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.What you\'ll do:
As a Senior Logistics Manager - Land & Sea-freight, you will play a crucial role in overseeing logistics operations. Your primary responsibilities will include managing sea freight operations across various regions, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely shipments of goods, monitoring shipping routes to identify opportunities for improvement, overseeing inland transportation planning and execution. You will also ensure compliance with all relevant regulations while managing documentation processes. Your leadership skills will be put to use as you lead a diverse team of logistics professionals towards achieving organisational goals.

• Plan, coordinate, and optimise sea freight operations across various regions
• Collaborate with existing shipping carriers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective shipment of goods
• Monitor and analyse company\'s shipping routes, rate trends, transit times, other key services, and carrier performance to identify opportunities for cost and efficiency improvements
• Oversee the planning and execution of inland transportation, including trucking, rail services and other transportation via ocean/river/other waterways
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements for sea freight, inland transportation operations
• Manage documentation processes related to customs, permits, and other regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement cost-effective strategies for sea freight and inland transportation operations
