- Degree holder with at least 12 years of related regional HR management experience
- Proven experience in HR operation with hands-on exposure and mindset.
- Strong balance of both HR business partnering and HR operational management experience covering SEA region, ideally with multi-national companies within the industrial sector.
- Show strong evidences of stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise, guide and influence at varying levels within the business, whilst assessing and advising on any commercial risks
- Prior hand-on experience in manage the full spectrum of HR needs (employee and labour relations, employee communications, talent acquisition, rewards, payroll, workforce planning, safety processes and employment documentation) as well as day-to-day human resources support and counsel to countries including: Singapore (Corporate & Manufacturing),Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam and India.
- Proven experience within an Employee Relations role in a fast-paced environment including managing medium-high risk ER cases to conclusion
- Good understanding and application of employment legislation in Southeast Asia
- Prior experience in driving related HR changes and transformation will be necessary
- MUST be currently based in Singapore and has relevant working experience in Singapore
