- Supervise a team of material handlers and associates to meet warehouse/logistics KPIs
- Deploy resources as needed to support daily material movements
- Meet cycle counting and Physical Inventory Count requirements
- Resolve inventory variances and maintain accuracy
- Support inventory scraps related to manufacturing, excess and obsolescence.
- Manage workforce overtime, absenteeism and attrition.
- SAP knowledge in Warehouse Management System will be an advantage
