Job Description

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Directly report to the M&E Manager and assists in carrying out his duties pertaining to the mechanical and electrical aspects including checking method statements, submittal documentation, design proposals, working drawings and the like; Co-ordinates and monitors, subcontractor in relation to mechanical and electrical material/equipment submissions, deliveries to site and storage on/off site.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor subcontractor works in relation to mechanical and electrical installations such as pumps, pipe works, water control gates, instrumentation and building services (ACMV, Fire Hydrant System, Plumbing System etc.)

\xc2\xb7 Attend inspections with the Project Consultant and prepare reports on all tests carried out.

\xc2\xb7 Support the QA/QC department with field work and documentation for quality control of mechanical and electrical installations.

\xc2\xb7 Check subcontractor as-built drawings, operations manuals and procedures.

\xc2\xb7 Attend final testing and commissioning of completed installations.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure that the overall execution of the work meets the Client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements in

\xc2\xb7 accordance with the Contract for the execution of the Project.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure that he/she understands Company\xe2\x80\x99s Quality Management Program and implement it for all the Project\xe2\x80\x99s phases, and that the Company\xe2\x80\x99s Safety Policy and safety and environmental measures are strictly followed.

\xc2\xb7 Other duties as required by the management.

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 A Recognised Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent academic qualifications.

\xc2\xb7 Min 5 years relevant working experience in M&E.

\xc2\xb7 Candidate with experience in water management system, drainage pumps, pipe works will have added advantage.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with others.

\xc2\xb7 Willing to work in Changi of Singapore.
