Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Building Facilities
- System – mechanical, electrical, sanitary, plumbing, air-con, audiovisual
- Furniture & Mobile Equipment
- Plumbing and Handyman Works
- ACMV
- Preferably with own vehicle car/ motorbike
- Work Location near Woodlands / anywhere in Singapore
- Min Certificate in ITE in Electrical/Mechanical/Air-Conditioning/Building Services/Engineering
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical works and all other M&E works is a MUST requisite
- Able to communicate in English
- Able to perform data entry in Excel ( Microsoft office)
- Pleasant personality, good working attitude, and team spirit, able to work hands-on.
- Experience on the Job training
