Senior Technical Officer
Job Description
Senior Technical Officer X 4 - Outram Rd ( 5 Day)- Execution of service and maintenance workflow- Liaise closely with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues- Mentor a team of service team members- Assisting the Supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities- Manage day to day client interactions and expectations for optimal results- Provide support to supervisor in ensuring the timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot and service /maintenance of security systems at clients' premises- Familiarise yourself and deliver customer satisfaction base on each client's business, organization and objectives- Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act- NITEC in Electrical / Electronic Engineering with at least 2 years working experience- Knowledge and hands-on experience in security systems will be an advantage- Transport allowance will be provided if you possess own vehicle.
