Work with customers to schedule and prepare execution plans for service orders.
Conduct actuator service work and assist in service training both in-house and at customers\' sites.
Write service reports and ensure proper documentation in service order closure.
Validate all reported non-conformities and derive solutions on the non-conformities detected.
Participate in orders\' functional acceptance testing and inspection, and prepare the necessary certificates required by customers.
Ensure all measuring equipment is calibrated as scheduled.
Maintain proper records and documentation as required by the Quality Management System.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
Min Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
Experience in Valves/Pumps/Actuators is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
