Job Highlights: AWS + Variable Bonus 5 days work week Continuous Professional LearningTo manage the overall operations of the Admissions department in the efficient delivery of centralised services of processing applications to the admission of students.Responsibilities: Admissions: Implement effective and efficient systems and processes to ensure the smooth processing of applications Manage the confidentiality of records and documents.Leadership: Provide managerial leadership to direct reports and teams by developing through staff engagement and providing learning opportunities. Ensure team's adherence to SOPs Make recommendations on recognition and career development where applicable.Performance Management: Ensure the smooth execution of services provided by team to achieve departmental outcomes.Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Plan and manage the annual budget and prioritise the allocation of resources to achieve cost efficiencies within the approved budget.Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Initiate, review and drive improvements on systems and processes to enhance user experience as well as improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Admissions policies, procedures and control mechanisms.Audit & Compliance: Implement regulatory standards and establish controls within Admissions processes Review of policies and procedures to meet operational/annual review requirements, coordinate audits on Admissions department.Requirements: Degree with 8 - 10 years of working experience, including 5 years at a managerial level Familiar with the higher education industry Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Excellent planning and organisational skills Responsible and committed team player with strong coordination skills IT savvy and knowledge of MS Office applications Able to work independently and as a member of multiple and varied teams.Interested candidates, please send your updated resume to [ Email address blocked ]
