IMDA aims to empower our companies and workforce with digital technologies and enable Singapore to be a leading Digital Economy.We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead our Research, Innovation and Enterprise (RIE) efforts in Trust Technologies, such as privacy-enhancing technologies, blockchains and trustworthy AI. The successful candidate is a highly motivated and independent team player who will have a hand in developing strategies that drives research and translation of emerging technologies in blockchains, privacy enhancing technologies and more. He/she will have opportunities to collaborate with local and international research communities and international organisations, such as WEF and GPAI, to drive technology thought leadership.Join us in our journey and jointly architect Singapore's digital future.Responsibilities Assist in the development of research strategies in Trust Technologies that aligns with our national strategic interests. Prepare RIE funding initiatives and develop theories of success to drive the research programmes. Strategise to create impactful collaborations with Universities and Research Institutes (RIs). Work with Universities, Research Institutes, in-house industry development team and in-house engineering teams to drive successful and impactful international collaborations for Singapore. Measure and track the effectiveness of KPIs around initiatives and programmes. Prepare management reporting of performance to stakeholders, including tracking of performance vis-a-vis targets committed. Support the senior leadership team in monitoring and contextualising global shifts and technology developments in Trust Technologies to make timely recommendations to drive policy, capture new value and/or pre-empt anticipated risks. Develop strategic communications messages. Share our point of view in blogs, social media and papers. Adopt a mindset of continuous improvement and development to keep pace with technology.Qualifications and Skills Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field At least 3 years of experience in RIE ecosystem Strategic thinker with collaborative attitude and a strong team player. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong presentation and engagement skills Strong stakeholder management skills to work with both local and overseas partners and stakeholders.Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.Position will commensurate with experience.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $5,000.00 - $11,000.00 per monthBenefits:
