A conglomerate company with Global HQ in India. As their international business continues to scale, they needed a dedicated headcount to focus on the expanding business in this region.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of updated books of accounts - either under direct supervision or through overseas location service providers.
• Lead for Monthly closure of books and reporting of P&L, BS and cash flows of each entity.
• Leading the coordination with the Consol team for information sharing and meeting deadlines, preferably ahead of timelines, wherever practically feasible.
• Leading the accounting and reporting function for the trading entities in Dubai, Singapore and Indonesia and accurate reporting of the trading P&L
• Responsible for the preparation of AOP, Monthly reviews and Variance analysis.
• Lead Any other task associated with accounting, reporting and consolidation including liaising with the Auditors for closure of books of accounts, completion of Audit and Signed AFS

Required:

• 15 years of relevant experience accompanied with min a Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Business or a related technical field, Preferably a CA / ICWA.
• Candidates who possess a Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree would have the advantage
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and GAAP
• Familiar with Consolidation, statutory reporting, management reporting, cross-border transactions, tax and governance framework
• Self-Starter
