Comply with relevant regulatory and legislative prerequisites in preparation for project execution.
Manage and collect data for project progress reporting and benchmarking.
Manage the company and project filing system. Implement group-wide project and development management regime and documentation control.
Preparation of contractual and tender documents for review, approval and submission.
Organise, plan and set targets for construction activities, review construction requirements and methodology, optimise resource allocation and perform tender evaluation.
Track project schedule and budget, conduct co-ordination meetings and site visits.
Evaluation of Contractor claims, variations, delay and extension of time (EoT).
Follow established quality control policies, processes and procedures.
Requirements
Degree in Architectural, Quantity Surveyor, Mechanical & Electrical, Civil & Structural Engineering, Project Management, Real Estate or related discipline.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
Experience in market research, evaluation, finance and design feasibility studies of potential land/ asset acquisitions is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
