Job Responsibilities

Reviewing and analyzing business strategies and performance management - Finance Planning and Analysis

Leadership in driving Financial Activities to drive growth and profitability

Oversee all sides of Accounting Operations and Procurement processes

Ensure all finance staff are equipped with the competencies and skills required to perform the tasks required of them and proficient in managing key stakeholders

Participate in cluster activities to promote collaboration among the institutions

Consult and collaborate with other institutions to ensure effective integration of cluster-wide strategic objectives, quality, and improvement projects

Providing decision support to senior management, including financial analysis, scenario modeling, and strategic advice

Continuously review and improve financial processes and systems ensuring they are aligned and support the needs * Undertake projects and any other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.

Job Requirements

• Relevant Bachelor\'s degree in Accountancy/ ACCA from a recognized university
• Minimum 8-10 years in a management role
• Proven ability to communicate and develop relationships with all levels of management in the client\'s organization
• Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills including negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
• Passionate about driving healthcare in Diagnostics
• Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Resourceful, innovative, and an excellent problem solver
• Possess good organization and analytical skills
• Forward-looking and results-oriented
• Good business acumen
