What the role is:You will support MOH Health Regulation Group, in the broader healthcare services, licensing and compliance strategy, to implement a one-stop integrated system of various regulatory information and services/solutions, for service providers. You will be working in a fast-paced and highly volatile environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.What you will be working on:You will support MOH Health Regulation Group, in the broader healthcare services, licensing and compliance strategy, to implement a one-stop integrated system of various regulatory information and services/solutions, for service providers. You will be part of the Licensing, Research and Charities Team that will continuously strive to enhance the service providers\' awareness of our national healthcare regulatory policies and contribute to the development, design and implementation of the appropriate systems and processes to support healthcare licensing and other regulatory functions. You will work with stakeholders to constantly identify gaps, e.g., through feedback on systems, processes and operations, and highlight areas for quality improvement. You will also support MOH to function effectively in its roles as a regulator and sector administrator of Institutions of a Public Character (IPCs) and Charities for the healthcare sector under the Charities Act and Regulations.What we are looking for:

  • Operational experience in the healthcare sector, with good project management skills or experience in quality service management and stakeholder management preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 2 years of working experience with relevant skillsets preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 Prior experience in the development of systems and operations \xe2\x80\xa2 A keen interest in Singapore\'s healthcare policies and landscape \xe2\x80\xa2 Confident with data \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong writing and organisation skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and initiative \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication and engagement skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders in the healthcare licensing eco-system \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong critical thinking abilities to develop new strategies and enhance existing processes \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work independently and in a team \xe2\x80\xa2 Highly driven, self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment Ideal candidate should also possess the following key competencies: \xe2\x80\xa2 Thinking Clearly & Making Sound Judgements - Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to support the crafting of sound policy recommendations; ability to grasp timelines, operating context and ground realities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Learning & Putting Skills into Action - Possesses the drive and curiosity to learn and apply new skills, knowledge and new ways of working. \xe2\x80\xa2 Improving & Innovating - Ability to seek continual improvements, and to innovate and experiment while managing the risks involved. \xe2\x80\xa2 Working Effectively with Stakeholders - Ability to mobilise and rally partners and stakeholders towards a collective purpose. As part of the shortlisting process for this role, candidates may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.
