Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated communications strategies to enhance the company\xe2\x80\x99s reputation
• Craft communications materials including news releases, Q&As, speeches, talking points and factsheets
• Identify media opportunities, pitch media stories and manage media requests
• Arrange and manage media interviews
• Organise media briefings, facilitate media tours, and manage media at events
• Create engaging content across social media platforms
• Manage communications for issues and crises. Be the lead in working with relevant corporate departments on crisis communications including the updating of Group Communications\xe2\x80\x99 crisis communications plan and organisation of crisis communications training.
• Monitor coverage of the company and key industry developments across print, online, broadcast and social media platforms, as well as track the performance of media communications efforts
• Update content on communications channels such as the corporate website

Requirements:

• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or Marketing
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a fund/investment management company or an established public relations agency or a similar role in a multinational company
• An experienced communications professional who can provide timely communications counsel to stakeholders, and has established relationships with the media and track record in garnering positive coverage in key media
• Experience in crafting compelling thought leadership content and securing media coverage is an advantage
• An independent and self-driven manager who can lead, manage and execute projects
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin (written and verbal) as this role will need to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates as well as assist in content translation of marketing materials
• Meticulous, creative, results-driven and can deliver under tight deadlines
• Familiar with social media tools and the production of content on multimedia channels such as videos and podcasts.
