Senior Manager/ Avp, Marketing Campaigns

Job Description
The Campaign Management Lead will lead a team of campaign specialists to design, develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive consideration and engagement for SPH Media\xe2\x80\x99s brands across target clients, communities and talents.
The scope of responsibilities includes the following:
- Work with stakeholders, partners and agencies to achieve synergy across the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s marketing efforts
- Develop, plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns and initiatives that contribute to business goals
- Develop strategic objectives and focus on ways to improve campaign performance and impact
- Campaign measurements, reporting and budget tracking
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or above, in marketing, communications, branding, business or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of marketing/brand/communications experience
- Marketing or project management experience with the media industry, content creation or platform companies
- Familiar with marketing tools and platforms, social media management and advertising funnels
- Integrated marketing experience
- Strong project management skills
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Developed stakeholder management and presentation skills
