Development and implementation of a consistent brand strategy, including leading initiatives to deliver the desired brand experience for the organisation across all channels.
Collaborate closely with various teams, including marketing and product, sales, post office network, and customer service, to ensure seamless brand execution and alignment.
Leverage media platforms to increase brand visibility, engage with our audience, and foster brand loyalty.
Conduct market research to understand consumer behaviour, competitor landscape, and emerging industry trends.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand representation internally and externally.
Establish and maintain brand budget.
External Communications
Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and favourability for SGBU.
Drive positive media coverage and external publicity through the execution of communications plan to generate excitement and awareness for SingPost in Singapore
Maintain press office duties, including media monitoring/analysis, drafting of media collaterals, presentations, and other publicity materials.
Partner with senior leadership to support the creation of compelling messaging for social media, speeches, presentations, and media interviews.
Internal Communications:
Support the development of an internal communications strategy.
Work with stakeholders from HR and the senior leadership team to keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned with company goals.
Other duties
Keep track of key communications and media activities and preparing reports where required.
Support the development of SGBU\xe2\x80\x99s social media strategy to engage our target audience, build brand awareness, and drive traffic to our website and other platforms when required
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support community outreach initiatives that align with the company\'s values when required
Support for campaign events and corporate visits where required
Requirement
Bachelor of Communications / Arts / English / Social Sciences / Business
At least 8 years in Brand Management, Public Relations, or similar roles
Familiarity with the eCommerce and/or logistics sector will be advantageous
Strong command of English language
Intermediate proficiency in a second language will be advantageous
Excellent oral and written presentation skills
Experience with design tools e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator a plus
