Overview: THE ROLE:
The Sr. Manager, Brand Marketing - APAC will be responsible for managing the Brand Marketing and Digital Marketing in APAC, reporting directly to the Director, Brand Marketing - APAC, to support growth in the region through:


  • Leading in the development and execution of brand equity across APAC
  • Leading in the brand activations and campaigns across APAC
  • Leading in the development of the regional new product launch communication assets for APAC
  • Leading in the development of the existing products\' consumption-building campaigns for APAC
  • Leading in the development of regional event merchandise marketing across APAC
  • Overseeing and managing Digital Marketing across APAC

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:
  • Lead in the development and execution of brand equity across APAC. Strategize brand equity and deliver brand communication for the region.
  • Lead in the brand activations and campaigns across APAC. Develop and roll out annual brand activation 360-degree integrated marketing campaign in the region while working closely with digital office, sales and external vendors.
  • Lead in the development of the regional new product launch communication assets and existing products\xe2\x80\x99 consumption building campaigns for APAC while working closely with regional product marketing team, scientific affairs, legal and global brand review team.
  • Lead in the planning and development of regional event merchandise marketing across APAC annually
  • Oversee Digital Marketing across APAC ensuring all the digital transformation, digital content and digital campaigns are delivered.
  • Partner closely with regional management, Creatives, Product Marketing, Sales, Corporate Communications, Digital Office and local countries\xe2\x80\x99 marketing to develop the pertinent campaigns around these areas.
  • Marketing Metrics: drive the stronger use of Marketing Metrics across the region by sharing key principles/strategies and helping establish Metric benchmarks for countries to adapt.
  • Analyze the positioning of the brand and consumer behavior, identify customer data insights and execute marketing strategies that will continue to grow brand profitability.
  • Media Planning: advise local marketing teams on media mix and planning in the region.
  • Support sports/influencer sponsorship marketing activations/projects in the region.
  • Build strong interdependent partnerships and high-performance teams to ensure the achievement of the Regional Marketing goals.
Qualifications: SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in regional/local marketing in a multinational company, preferrable from consumer goods or FMCG.
  • Solid integrated marketing project management experience including brand marketing, brand management, brand communication and digital marketing
  • Demonstrated experience and success in conceptualizing, developing, and executing Integrated Communications campaigns in multiple categories.
  • Experience with large-scale global rollouts in process design and/or improvement.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple senior-level stakeholders and deliver quality outputs despite tight deadlines and budgets.
  • Understanding of creative services
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution experience
  • Analytical, organized, and possess an eye for detail

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • 2 direct reports \xe2\x80\x93 Manager, Digital Marketing \xe2\x80\x93 APAC & Supervisor, Brand Marketing \xe2\x80\x93 APAC
  • Oversee and lead in planning strategic merchandise marketing for regional event from conceptualization, creatives, procurement, pricing and forecasting and sales planning by working closely with multiple stakeholders including the strategic sourcing team, finance, events, creative, HO and external agencies.
  • Oversee and lead in Digital Marketing across APAC to ensure all digital marketing projects, digital transformation support and digital content are delivered on time.
