The opportunity We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for collaborative, commercial-minded Senior Managers to join our team at the start of an exciting growth curve for our business in ASEAN, and need people with ambition and potential to grow with us.
Your key responsibilities As one of the leaders in our Finance Consulting team, you\xe2\x80\x99ll help the world\xe2\x80\x99s leading organisations improve their performance in a rapidly changing environment. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be part of multidisciplinary teams, bringing diverse perspectives to every challenge.
Skills and Attributes for success You should have some experience in one or more of the following technical competencies:

• Finance Transformation
• Finance Performance Management / Financial Planning & Analysis
• Shared Services / Global Business Services Design and Implementation
• Finance Process Optimisation and Digitisation
• Programme Management

To qualify for the role you must have

• At least 10 years of working experience, of which about 5 should be in finance transformation and business improvement projects, either with a Consulting firm or as part of an internal transformation team
• Equipped with working experience across multinational organizations
• Proven ability to make business proposals, sell them to your key stakeholders, and deliver effectively

Ideally, you\xe2\x80\x99ll also have

• A Bachelor Degree in a Finance/Business/Technology related area
• A professional qualification in a Business related area, preferably Finance
