The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore\'s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.Mandai X is the growth accelerator and venture building arm of Mandai Wildlife Group that sparks, catalyses and accelerates innovative ventures in completely new domains that drive growth and impact at scale.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesReporting to DVP sales and experience development with the key scope of:\xc2\xb7 Responsible for prospecting, selling, and closing of agreements with primary focus on meeting and incentive programs.\xc2\xb7 Identify new business opportunities, derive business strategies, and build prospective pipeline to grow the share of Regional MICE segment & local corporate sales for Mandai.\xc2\xb7 Ability to identify business potential to develop new clients and business to expand client base both locally and regionally.\xc2\xb7 Identify and develop local corporate, meeting and social events business based on current venues. Ability to upsell and cross sell opportunities.\xc2\xb7 Implement and execute end to end MICE process from prospecting, management of leads pipeline, proposal, negotiation, closure and agreement.\xc2\xb7 Implement and execute annual sales plan addressing revenue, customers and sales activity plan to achieve the overall events sales revenue goals.\xc2\xb7 Personally manage and actively supervise the management of selected key accounts from various corporate industries.\xc2\xb7 Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to recommend the appropriate services and facilities to end-users.\xc2\xb7 Maintain and update of the current and future competitor\'s performance, product enhancement, pricing, and sales programs.\xc2\xb7 Negotiate with stakeholders, business partners and clients to achieve the optimal commercial benefits in accordance with company\'s contract guidelines and policies.\xc2\xb7 Analyze, forecast, measure, and report the results of various corporate products to help optimize revenue growth.\xc2\xb7 Manage day to day sales activities of the team will be an added bonus.Job Requirements:\xc2\xb7 Degree with minimally 8 years of relevant work experience in Tourism and Hospitality, MICE, Corporate Sales and/ or Events.\xc2\xb7 Possess a strong network on business contacts over the course of career.\xc2\xb7 Sales- driven and result- oriented to meet revenue goals.\xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal skills with a high degree of personal energy.\xc2\xb7 Strong written and verbal communication skills.\xc2\xb7 Self-motivated with an analytical mind and excellent problem-solving skills.\xc2\xb7 Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\xc2\xb7 An independent and pro-active team player with positive attitude, detail-minded, able to multi-task in dynamic, fast-paced environment.\xc2\xb7 Aptitude and willingness to undertake additional projects for own development.\xc2\xb7 Able to work on weekend for events when required.Specialization : Marketing
