JOB DESCRIPTIONResponsibiliti

Supports the Head of Business Development to grow the Power & Renewables business
Leads deals execution, including financial analysis, modelling, commercial structuring, bid preparation, financing and documentation
Manage relationships with banks and other stakeholders on financing requirements
Dealing with structuring, transaction due diligence and other transaction-related matters
Identify new business opportunities as well as develop pipeline of projects in the energy business in both Singapore and overseas
Actively explore parterships and new ventures for development
Gather market intelligence / research, track comparable transactions for market knowledge / insights

JOB REQUIREMENTSRequirements/Pre-requisites

Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or any Engineering discipline
Good knowledge of the energy business including power & renewables market.
Good in financial modeling and analysis
Prior experience in a similar role within the same industry or Corporate Finance experience covering the same industry
Willing to travel frequently on short notice
At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience
Able to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment.
Must be a good team player
