Date Posted: 2022-06-19-07:00 Country: Singapore Location: 28 Teban Gardens Crescent, Singapore Overview We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to be part of our Business Development initiative. The candidate will support industry codes and standards, training and key account management initiatives focused on driving growth across SMB organization. In the role, the candidate will manage and grow relationships with Key local developers and owners, upkeep of standards and codes and industry engagement across Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei regions. The candidate will also be responsible for training activities across all BU’s for SMB region Key responsibilities

• Upkeep of industry related standards and codes.
• Upkeep of regulatory requirements and regulatory body engagement
• Developing and Deploying industry and regulatory body specific initiatives including but not limited to deployment of POC if any, insights into refrigerant regulation, carbon emission etc
• Establish and maintain good relationships with industry bodies such as ASHRAE, MASHRAE, Engineers association, and regulatory bodies such as BCA, NEA, JKR, DME, MOE etc
• Support training needs for internal and external stake holders
• Support PSC’s, identify and collate product gaps, create and upkeep of benchmarks
• Develop and deploy Vestibule training modules for CML and RLC segments
• Engage with top local developers with in SMB and nurture a mutually beneficial relationship
• Develop and deploy long range and sustaining engagement models with local developers/owners
• Develop and deploy new revenue verticals
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, networking events and attend company meetings.

Ideal experience 15+ years of HVAC industry experience Familiarity with industry codes and standards Familiarity with regulatory requirements (local and overseas ) Working knowledge of CML, RLC and VRF products Mechanical engineering degree can be an added advantage Carrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
