Duties & Responsibilities

  • Overall command of the operation(s) in Cash Processing Centre (CPC)
  • Work closely with Development team in developing operational solutions and planning based on the customer\'s requirements with respect to available resources and capability
  • Identify areas of WSH concerns in within CPC and implement mitigating actions, when possible
  • Ensure the operation team adhere and meet all customers\' SLA without failure
  • Ensure compliance to MOM regulations such as daily and monthly OT cap, without any breach
  • Manage the developmental aspects of staffs in the workplace and to ensure succession planning at different level within the organization unit
  • Continuous review to improve the operations efficiency & effectiveness
  • Attend monthly SLA meeting(s) with customers to address possible feedback or concern, if any.
  • Any other duties and projects assigned by Head, Operations Division and internal stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor\'s degree from reputable University.
  • Commissioned Officer during NS will be an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player with positive attitude.
  • Able to multi-task, make decision and work independently.
  • Driven, result orientated and able to work in a fast pace environment.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in operations
