• Participate in sale pitchers for property investment or divestment mandates
• Perform analytical studies on real estate investment including cash flows and financial models
• Conduct market studies to support sale pitches and executing sale mandates
• Evaluate redevelopment and asset enhancement potential
• Monitoring of market transactions and maintaining database
• Prepare strategy papers and work closely with CMIS Asia, regional Managing Director on designing and executing strategy
• Support clients in due diligence processes

• At least 5 years analyst experiences within the real estate industry
• Good presentation and negotiation skills with a proven track records
• In-depth understanding of Asia business environment mandatory; and sound business acumen
• University degree or above, majoring at Real Estate Management, Economics, Statistics, Urban Planning or Valuation preferred.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English in writing and speaking to deal with our Chinese speaking clients
