Overview and purpose of the positionThe position is designed to support the organization\'s Benefits and Wellness (B&W) strategy, partnering institutions CHROS and B&W representatives, TWSH and CWO to deliver workplans and key initiatives collectively.The incumbent is a governor and executor of HR Benefits Policy and an advisor of NUHS B&W programs. As a team lead, the incumbent will provide supervision and coaching to the junior B&W team members and lead and manage HR projects in collaboration with other HR functions where required.Responsibilities * Lead the Benefits and Wellness (B&W) strategies to organize and execute quality programs and initiatives in alignment with the HR workplans;
