  • You will assist the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) in managing the day-to-day operations of compliance across the APAC region.
  • You will serve as a strategic business partner to the Dexcom APAC Commercial Team, driving complex compliance projects and leading cross-functional teams to ensure milestones and outcomes are met. You will consult with Dexcom\xe2\x80\x99s Legal team, outside counsel, and consultants to develop solutions for regional compliance challenges, while also managing outside counsel and related budget matters.
  • You will assist with periodic risk analysis, monitoring, and mitigation efforts, working closely with the VP, CCO, and Directors of Compliance for the Americas and EMEA.
  • You will manage Dexcom\xe2\x80\x99s Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption (ABAC) and Modern Slavery Due Diligence Program in the region.
  • You will stay updated on regional and local laws and regulations, offering guidance to business units on compliance and risk management, and oversee the implementation of the Dexcom Code of Conduct and policies.
  • You will conduct compliance trainings and promote awareness programs on ethics, integrity, and risk areas across the region.
  • You will manage the compliance hotline for APAC, oversee case reviews and tracking, and contribute to investigations as needed.
What Makes You Successful:
  • You have a strong sense of ethics and integrity, with deep knowledge of business ethics compliance, particularly in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry.
  • You bring at least five years of experience in a legal or compliance role, with expertise in healthcare, anti-bribery/anti-corruption, and modern slavery laws.
  • You excel in communication, with the ability to explain complex compliance topics clearly and compellingly.
  • You are a solution-oriented team player who builds strong relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders and can balance commercial goals with compliance risks.
  • You demonstrate empathy and experience in building, managing, and leading teams.
  • You have a sense of humor and a proactive, collaborative approach to your work.
Experience and Education:
  • You have a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with 13+ years of industry experience.
  • You bring 5-8 years of people management experience, demonstrating strong leadership skills and empathy in building and managing teams.
  • Your MBA or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree would be a plus, along with a healthcare compliance certification or a willingness to obtain one within six months.
