We have much room for improvement and many ideas that will further shape the industry.The Corporate Development (\xe2\x80\x9cCorp Dev\xe2\x80\x9d) department at Ninja Van plans and executes the Group\'s fundraising initiatives and is the point person for investor relations activities.Working closely with the Group CEO and CFO, the Senior Manager will develop and maintain collaterals such as pitch decks, business updates, financial models, and industry analyses to communicate the appropriate narrative to the wider investor community and existing shareholders. The Senior Manager will be the first point of contact for all investor queries and meetings, developing and managing communications to the investment community as our spokesperson, and maintaining close relationships with investors, research analysts and banks.Internally, the Senior Manager will be maintaining accurate cash flow forecasts at the country/BU level and reviewing the fund requests (including CAPEX proposals) they send in for appropriateness. The Senior Manager will also be recommending appropriate liquidity management strategies to maximize the yield of the Group\'s Cash while ensuring businesses have enough working capital to meet their financial obligations.Reporting to the Group CFO, the Senior Manager will work closely with Group Reporting, FP&A, and Legal / Compliance.Responsibilities

  • Establishing and maintaining communication channels with key global and regional investors
  • Developing and maintaining high quality, accurate, and succinct materials for investors
  • Coordinating the company\'s responses to investor/bank queries and information requests
  • Ensuring investors/banks adhere to agreed project timelines with timely updates available for the Board and Group CEO/CFO
  • Maintaining the company\'s long-term financial forecasts, working closely with the FP&A and Country and Business Management teams
  • Articulating a clear narrative to accompany the numbers that is credible and compelling for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing analytical support for capex, capital structure, and other projects as required
  • Generating insightful and reliable cash flow forecasts to review intercompany funding proposals in close collaboration with country finance teams
  • Maintaining accurate visibility over cash position and runway projections
  • Overall owner of Bank Access Authorizations SOPs and processes across the Group to mitigate risk of unauthorised transactions
  • Triangulating data points through primary and secondary research to develop a house view of the competitive and industry landscape to pre-emptively identify threats and opportunities
  • Identifying potential partners and targets that have synergistic potential with the company\'s service offerings and strategy
Requirements
  • Any quantitative degree from a reputable university
  • Min. 8-10 years experience in Management or Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, Big 4 Advisory, or other Corporate Finance/Strategy experience
  • Prior experience working with/in pre-IPO tech companies would be a strong advantage
  • Demonstrable familiarity and/or interest with the fundraising process and strong project management skills
  • Financial modelling and valuation, financial statement analysis, and due diligence
  • Ability to work collaboratively and win influence at all levels with multi-cultural business partners and stakeholders from different countries and various backgrounds
  • Possession of analytical rigor and a structured thought process that can be clearly articulated to both internal and external audiences
  • Adaptability in applying transferable skills to work effectively across multiple domains.
  • Additional working knowledge in a SEA language or Chinese would be advantageous
