Job Description


What the role is:As a Senior Manager (Corporate), you will strategise and broker strategic, high-value partnerships with key stakeholders including corporate, community and volunteers to amplify the impact of North West CDC\'s engagements. You will lead and execute programmes effectively to enhance NWCDC\'s Mission and Vision are achieved. You will also lead and implement marketing and communications strategies to ensure coherent and consistent branding messaging in achieving communications outcomes.Key duties and responsibilitiesPartnership & Outreach

  • Lead and guide a team of Managers/ Executives to work closely with NWCDC Council and Standing Committee Members to conceptualise, plan and implement community programmes (ie fundraising, ground-up initiatives, youth group, giving back programmes)
  • Coordinates and implements joint-programmes with community stakeholders.
  • Build and implement partnership strategy, prioritising key stakeholders to engage, as well as the level and nature of collaborations with different partners.
  • Upkeep partnership database and strategise contributions of partners to accord the appropriate recognition to key partners (e.g. through PACS).
  • Strengthen relationship with Connected and Core stakeholders (ie schools, corporate, community) and develop new networks and contacts to support NW CDC programmes.
Corporate Communications
  • Lead and guide a team of Managers/ / Executives to develop and implement strategic communication plans for key CDC projects, including plans to engage mainstream media and harness social media platforms.
  • Spearhead the growth of various official communications channels, such as social media channels, newsletters and other emerging platforms.
  • Supervise the handling of public enquiries/feedback and requests from external agencies such as display of publicity materials, filming/photo-taking at CDC.
  • Manage the Corporate Communications budget
Knowledge & SkillsExperience
  • Minimum - Three years of relevant working experience
  • Desired - Five years of relevant working experience with supervisory responsibilities
Others
  • Corporate communications and marketing communications experience
  • Business development experience in building and strategising partnerships
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and AI applications
  • Knowledge of 2nd language (e.g. Mandarin, Malay, Tamil or dialects)
