We actively leverage our resources and networks to galvanise our staff, business partners and tenants to build an ecosystem of doing good together, amplifying the direct impact of our contributions to the communities.As part of the Group Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Team, you will support the Head of CSR and work with like-minded individuals to drive social impact across CapitaLand Group of businesses as part of our global efforts to be an advocate for the social causes that we are passionate about.Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop and manage the CSR/CHF branding and marketing communications strategy and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement, measure and report on communications outcomes
  • Develop CSR/CHF content for internal and external communications and manage related marketing communications materials such as CSR videos, CHF website, intranet, promotional literature, EDMs and presentation slides as required
  • Provide guidance and advise business entities in Singapore on driving social impact in the community aligned with the Group\xe2\x80\x99s CSR/CHF focus and leverage CapitaLand\xe2\x80\x99s network and platform for collective impact
  • Manage and implement the projects funded by CHF as assigned and work with community partners to drive social impact
  • Support the day-to-day operations of CHF and ensure compliance with charity regulations in Singapore
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Recognised degree related to communications, business, marketing, management or other relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 15 years work experience, preferably in related areas such as CSR, international development, public relations, marketing and communications. Knowledge of regulations governing Charities, IPCs (Institutions of Public Character), best practices for CSR will also be an advantage
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem solving, project management and public communication skills
  • Team player with good communication and people skills with the ability to engage with all levels of staff across diverse cultures and backgrounds
  • Excellent organisational skills and meticulous with high degree of drive and professionalism and ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and often, under tight time constraints
  • Resourceful and highly creative with a flair for generating ideas with strong execution capabilities
  • Ability to work independently in a lean team, with minimal supervision. Experience in leading teams, managing budgets, and driving results is valuable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with good command of English is required. Knowledge of a second language especially Mandarin will be advantageous when working with overseas markets
  • Good digital media and IT knowledge and skills such as basic design tool and MS Office \xe2\x80\x93 Word, Excel and Powerpoint, and able to create good presentation content for reporting and storytelling will be advantageous
