Key Responsibilities:
Working with multiple tiers for complaint resolutions
Daily tracking of complaint and escalated cases
Resolving legacy process flow which requires external department support
Managing both internal and external peers requirements
Annual Opex and Capex Budgeting
Possessing patience and determination to resolve issues
Exhibiting great teamwork and solving skills
The ideal candidate should have/ be:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering with at least 10 years of relevant experience
Proficient in Tableau
Radio knowledge (3G/4G/5G) is added advantage
Excellent public speaking, interpersonal and presentation skills
Excellent influencing and analytic skills
