Senior Manager, Customer Resolution & Co

Key Responsibilities:
- Working with multiple tiers for complaint resolutions
- Daily tracking of complaint and escalated cases
- Resolving legacy process flow which requires external department support
- Managing both internal and external peers requirements
- Annual Opex and Capex Budgeting
- Possessing patience and determination to resolve issues
- Exhibiting great teamwork and solving skills
The ideal candidate should have/ be:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering with at least 10 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Tableau
- Radio knowledge (3G/4G/5G) is added advantage
- Excellent public speaking, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent influencing and analytic skills
