If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.Job Title Senior Manager - Cyber SecurityWhat does a successful Senior Manager, Cyber Security do?We are looking for a Senior Manager, Cyber Security to join its growing Global Cyber Security organization. This is a challenging position requiring deep knowledge of security and network products and concepts. The candidate should be motivated and willing to take on challenges, able to multi-task to succeed and can work independently and with minimal oversight.The Cybersecurity team is regionally responsible for helping the organization balance risk by aligning policies and procedures with Fiserv's business requirements. The team is responsible for the enforcement of security controls, policies and procedures, and assist different teams like disaster recovery programs, GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) reporting and the delivery of security services including the companys Cyber Security program.What You Will Do

• Manage key accounts / customers from a cybersecurity services perspective
• Lead a team to successfully support the delivery of Cyber Security projects and services for our customers by working directly with key business stakeholders and technology SMEs
• Provide Cyber security support for network security products and services (new deployments, hardware refresh/upgrades, migrations, and feature implementation)
• Support the implementation of security concerns with new and emerging technologies with particular focus on SaaS, PaaS and IaaS specifically the major Cloud providers
• Support and guide other teams in the organization on cyber security best practices, security vulnerabilities and implementation/enforcement of the compensating controls
• Assist with creating security designs and configure security Controls within the Cyber Security portfolio
• Support activities to ensure that risk and controls are in compliance with regulatory requirements and remain in line with company risk appetite
• Drive security awareness and adoption across the organization and handle other related responsibilities
• Use metrics to track security risks and awareness
• Provide expertise and knowledge of current industry trends in technology and cybersecurity risk standards to improve the security posture across the company

What You Will Need To Have

• Min. 15 years of cybersecurity and technology risk experience in a large MNC settings
• Min. 10 years of experience in identifying information security and emerging technological requirements and effective risk mitigation actions
• Min. 10 years of hands-on experience with multiple security disciplines

What Is Great To Have:

• Possesses progressive experience in leading multiple projects in a complex international financial services organization, preferably Financial Technology
• Influential communicator capable of effectively communicating ideas and concepts within the organization, and externally with clients, auditors and suppliers and leadership
• Excellent customer management skills with min. 5 years of experience with managing large enterprise customers preferably from Financial services industry
• Preferred industry certifications are: CISM, CISSP
• Relevant professional certification, such as CISSP, CEH, CRISC, CGEIT
