Position Summary / Project Description

• Establish and implement data governance frameworks and processes for IHiS.
• Review and endorse the data management solutions to ensure their relevancy and effectiveness in supporting business requirements and conform to the data governance frameworks.

• Establish and implement data governance frameworks and processes to manage the data throughout its lifecycle for IHiS.
• Develop and set data standards across IHiS to enable data collaboration and analysis across industry data and enable inter-operationality of systems
• Collaborate with business and IT groups and industry stakeholders to ensure a common understanding of data governance and advocate data management practices for IHiS data.
• Conduct and/or participate in requirements gathering sessions with appointed vendors, internal and external stakeholders to implement data management solutions (metadata management, reference data management, master data management, data lineage, data profiling and quality, business glossary).
• Review and endorse the data architecture, functional and design specifications for data management
• Develop and conduct data management trainings and associated communication rollouts to industry stakeholders.

• At least 8 years of working experience, preferably in a similar role with knowledge of data governance and data management frameworks and processes
• Experience or familiarity with data warehouse and data management tools
• Analytical and logical, with ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
