You will oversee submissions for in-principle approval, funding approval, maintain/ monitor project schedules and preliminary costs under planning. You will be involved in master-planning of community facilities, planning new and upgrading Community Clubs (CCs) and other PA development projects. Your responsibilities include conducting feasibility studies, seeking landuse approval and consulting relevant authorities\xe2\x80\x99 on building design matters. Working with the Workgroup (comprising Grassroots Leaders and PA colleagues in other expertise areas) and co-users. You will pilot new initiatives and work with multiple stakeholders in formulating CC Design Guidelines to meet functional requirements and create conducive community spaces for residents to meet and bond to build social capital. You will also be involved in the appointment of Consultants and review of design proposals at planning stage.

Senior Project Manager (Design & Planning)

Requirements:

- Background in Architectural or equivalent.

- Minimum 5 years working experience in related field with good knowledge of architectural design and construction.

- Possess flair in design and able to conceptualise ideas and space planning with presentation drawings.

- Possess strong command of English language with good written, communication and presentation skills.

- Able to work independently with good time management and able to multi-tasks.

- Resourceful and work well in teams.

- Willing to learn and possess high level of initiatives

- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD and Revit.

- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp and rendering software is an added advantage.
