Lead the management of assigned development projects including feasibility analysis, entitlement processes, financing, design, contracting and construction management
Participates in the asset management of existing properties by supporting across the organization
Support in financial analysis of acquisitions and development opportunities
Monitor project budgets and schedules for significant variances and oversees contractor payments as and when appropriate
Monitor the flow of information on project design and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, consulting teams and construction groups.
Develop a constant awareness of design and development opportunities
Provide support for project design and site selection activities as and when needed
Serve as a member of the various project teams as required to facilitate company needs
Complete development projects and asset enhancement initiatives and ensured that they are delivered on time, on budget and adhere to quality standards which are aligned with the overall business objectives
The ability to think out of the box and contribute to project success will be key for this role
Requirements:
You will possess at least a degree in architecture or engineering
You will have at least 8 to 10 years of relevant real estate experience
You will have experience as a project lead on commercial or mixed-use real estate development projects
You will be able to analyze development projects from a strategic point of view
You will adopt a collaborative approach and foster a strong working relationship with both the internal and external project teams
You will possess a strong understanding in real estate development, project management or construction management
You will have a deep understanding and knowledge on financial analysis and the pricing impacts elements within the project development phase and be able to identify risk and costs impacts across the process and yet have a big picture mentality on overall project costs to assess trade off as and when feasible
Having a strong analytical mindset and adopting a problem-solving mentality will be key in this role
You will need to be an excellent communicator and be able present and negotiate effectively and also work well as a team player
The ability to think analytical and identify solutions through information gathering will be key in this role.
You will be proficient in word, excel and power point
Having knowledge and experience in hotels and conservation buildings in Singapore will be an added advantage
You will also be familiar with SIA Without Quantities and REDAS Design and Build contracts
