Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business goals and develop technology strategies that support these goals.
• Define and govern the enterprise architecture framework, principles, and standards.
• Provide solution architectural guidance and support to project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Analyze current state architecture and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Develop technology roadmaps that align with the organization\'s long-term goals.
• Ensure the architecture design supports scalability, performance, security, and reliability requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in enterprise architecture.
• Coach and mentor a team of solution and enterprise architects and provide professional development opportunities.
• Lead a team to manage and support enterprise architecture, integration platform and DevOps related platforms and tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master\'s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of work experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of EA frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing enterprise-wide architecture solutions.
• Deep understanding of industry-standard tools and technologies used in enterprise architecture.
• Proficiency in cloud computing, data management, and application integration.
• Proven track record of successfully aligning technology solutions with business objectives.
• Proven track record working with development teams to successfully implement solutions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect are highly desirable.
