You are decisive and driven, and take a proactive approach to managing business transformation, applications system development and operations, ICT governance and performance management, stakeholder engagement and vendor management. Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Planning and managing the implementation/maintenance of cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning applications for corporate domains \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in the transformation of business processes through the innovative use of ICT to bring about impactful changes \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in developing strategic ICT plans to serve as blueprints for ICT development for the entity \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure effective delivery of ICT application services, incumbent to manage from project conceptualisation through to operations, to meet the business needs of the entity \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the procurement of ICT products and services, as well as management of vendor services and contracts, to ensure ICT services are delivered on time, within budget and meets business requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactively engage stakeholders and partners to influence the alignment of strategies and directions, manage expectations and achieve customer satisfaction \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the development and compliance to policies and standards to ensure proper governance, financial and performance managementWhat we are looking for:Requirements We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Background in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 8 years of relevant ICT experience, including minimum 4 years\' experience in leading ICT application projects and having gone through at least one full application implementation and maintenance cycle \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated experience in planning and managing the implementation and maintenance of cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning applications \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong stakeholder engagement skills and vendor management skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical, conceptualisation, problem solving and project management skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills \xe2\x80\xa2 An adaptable and bold individual who dares to try new things and take smart risks \xe2\x80\xa2 Motivated by innovation to achieve business goals and customer satisfaction \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably with knowledge of government ICT policies and familiar with government procurement \xe2\x80\xa2 Relevant certifications such as PMBOK, PRINCE2 and CMMI will be an added advantage The level of offer will commensurate with applicants\' experience and track records.
