The Senior Manager, Employee relations will serve as an escalation point and provide ER and IR guidance to our Asia Pacific (APAC) Team. They must possess a strong knowledge of APAC law (looking for Singapore, Malaysia, Korea and Japan in particular), developing and coaching our team on best practices and instilling confidence in their problem solving and decision-making skills when it comes to ER cases and IR matters. They will set policy, procedure, and overall governance for the ER function. They will partner closely with our Regional Advisory Lead, People Business Partners, Advisors, and the legal team. This is an opportunity to build an Employee Relations Center of Excellence and further enhance your HR leadership skills.
