Senior Manager, ESG

The Senior Manager, ESG program role will develop and drive the ESG agenda for Envision Digital globally. You will work and collaborate across the Group/ Internal ESG committee to facilitate and influence initiatives to reach our ESG goals and outcomes. You will also provide timely and regular updates to communicate the impact of these initiatives to internal leaders and external audiences or stakeholders in the ecosystem. This role requires an understanding of ESG trends and reporting frameworks as related to a for-profit business, and comfort with driving change in a fast-paced and non-hierarchal environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and periodically review ESG materiality assessment
• Derive ESG/sustainability framework from such assessment
• Conduct gap assessments between as-is and to-be of ESG framework and current practice
• Translate gap assessment into (multi-year and) multi workstream program
• Embed workstream, objectives and KPIs into existing operations and organization
• Establish ESG performance management framework, tools, systems and process and embed and drive these with the organization
• Design, develop and operate ESG data collection processes as required for the ESG performance management system
• Periodically report on ESG program report and absolute and relative ESG performance \xe2\x80\x93 both internally and externally
• Continuously monitor program exposure and drive appropriate risk communication & risk mitigation plans
• Influence to achieve program buy-in at all levels of the organization, including senior Executives

• Bachelor Degree in Environmental Science or equivalent
• At least 5-8 years of experience in Corporate Sustainability and/or Sustainability Consulting and reporting
• Working knowledge of voluntary sustainability programs specific to energy, environment, and emissions (e.g. CDP, GRI, The Greenhouse Gas Protocol, SASB, SBTs, TCFD etc.)
• Candidates from IT/Tech industry with relevant experience will be a plus
• Data management, analytical skills, and communicate complex results in a simplified manner
• Project management and process improvement experience
• Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data systems configuration will be a big plus
• Comfort with making progress in a nimble, rapidly changing, and growing environment
• Excellent organization skills and a sense of urgency. An ability to be proactive and anticipate needs before asked
