A significant portion of the incumbent\'s time is spent in the development of new approaches to complex issues.Directs staffing, development and performance management programs for all facilities management staff; managing, motivating and developing management team.Maintains communications and relationships with customers, local community, service providers, and utilities.Develops plans and strategies for infrastructure and processes needed to run facilities in accordance with operational standards and regulatory procedures.The incumbent will establish and then monitor general policies and guidelines for initiatives under his/her control to ensure desired results are achieved.Degree RequirementDegree or equivalent experience desiredSkill Descriptors
