To support the Division in the facilities management of People\xe2\x80\x99s Association (PA)\xe2\x80\x99s community infrastructure to ensure that the physical infrastructure and facilities are well maintained and kept in a state of good, safe and serviceable condition to meet PA\xe2\x80\x99s objectives to promote social cohesion and community bonding.
Lead and manage the Facilities Management Team in supporting and maintaining PA Properties to sustain high availability of all PA properties and amenities These includes (but is not limited to):
- Manage the project team for CMP, A&A, Setting up of RCs and other minor building projects of PA properties from planning to completion including defects liabilty periods, DPIPs, fixed asset and finalisation of project accounts.
- Oversee and give direction to appointed Managing Agent (MA), consultants and etc to ensure assigned projects complete within schedule and approved budget and meet the project strategic, design, quality and operational objectives and ensure that all PA properties are well maintained and upkeep to requirements.
- Monitor the overall status of projects, ensures that all term contracts of Managing Agents (MAs) and other services are valid and procured on time, submits progress updates on projects and ensure timely submission of status reports to Management and Stakeholders.
- Reviews plans/drawings and tender documents to ensure compliances with basic and functional requirements of respective CCMC, RC, CC, Stakeholder and Co-users\xe2\x80\x99 requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Government and internal procurement and financial procedures.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organisations.
- Enusre proper and full archive of essential data, financial information all authorities approval information etc for reference, audit and future development of buildings.
