Job Description

• Plan and execute a comprehensive maintenance plan for all sports facilities infrastructure to ensure optimal operational functionality and safety.
• Conduct regular inspections and execute rectifications to maintenance and safety issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with the latest relevant regulations, standards, occupational health, and safety guidelines in all maintenance activities.
• Provide regular reports to the Department Head and Operations Head on infrastructure health status and system performance. Use data and analytics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Plan and execute annual budgeting exercise
• Plan and execute Long Term Cyclical Planning works
• Plan & execute sports facilities-related projects
• Plan and execute calling and renewal of maintenance service contracts related to sports infrastructure.
• Evaluate vendor performance to ensure service quality.
• Collaborate with the Sports Unit to support smooth sports facilities operations.
• Foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders and address any concerns or feedback related to sports facility maintenance promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in facilities management in a sports environment.
• Sound knowledge of building systems, equipment, and maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations, codes, and standards for facility management and safety.
• Possess the ability to manage multiple priorities and meeting timelines.
• Highly motivated with strong sense of responsibility and strong drive for results.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with good critical thinking and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management and vendor negotiations.
• Certifications in facilities management, safety, or related areas are advantageous.
